The Property Company is owned an operated by the Palmer family in West Jordan, Utah.

The Property Company – A Utah Real Estate Tradition

The Property Company tradition began in 1976 when Wayne Palmer first became a licensed real estate agent in Utah.  Since that time, his sales and development activities have taken him from Florida to Hawaii.

The Property Company was opened in West Jordan, Utah in July of 1994 with Wayne as the Principal Broker.  It continues to offer solution-based real estate brokerage services and investment and exchange counseling.

Wayne was joined at the Property Company in 2001 by his son, Lincoln Palmer, who manages the brokerage and facilitates transactions for various clients, serving both the residential and commercial investment markets.

The brokers and agents at The Property Company are dedicated to breaking the mold of the traditional buy/sell real estate agent by bringing effective solutions to the difficulties faced by buyers and sellers in today’s real estate market.  Some of these solutions include:
